Cutest Nieces update!!!

Well Abby and Chloe are both at home and doing well!!!

Karen and Joe (Mom and Dad are pooped) Thank goodness my Mom (Grandma) is up there staying with them.. I know they can use the help...

Momma and Babies UPDATE!!!!

Momma Karen had her 2 weeks doctor visit. All is well, she is healing up wonderfully according to the Doc. She was able nurse them both today successfully.. yeah!!! Karen has been cleared to drive so she can visit the babies during the day... or run errands if needed.

Baby Abby is weighing in at 5 pounds 5 oz, she passed the car seat test. She had a heart episode yesterday, little of a dip. She has to go 5 days without one to go home.

Baby Chloe is weighing in at 4 pounds 2 oz, is no longer on the feeding tube. Also has moved to a regular baby bed... no more incubator. She just needs to gain some more weight and will be ready to go home!!!

RACE WALKING?

Have you ever watched this Olympic sport???? I did.... it's a twenty km event. It is absolutely ridiculous, if you can walk 20 km really fast this is the sport for you! Of course they show this event a 12 in the morning.. not really the event that has us sitting on the edge of our seats. What was really amazing that during this event the streets were jammed packed with fan even though the sky was pouring down with ran. I don't know what to say????

FAY UPDATE:

Here's the current projected path...We have had some off and on rain showers since it moved across to the Atlantic...and it looks like the storm doesn't want to leave Florida alone... Everybody out there aroungd the storm stay safe. Rememder if you can't see the bottom of the puddle don't drive through it...

Congratulations New Parents!!!!

Tonight at My sister Karen and brother-in-law Joe became the pround parents of 2 little bundles of joy. Abigail was born at 5:22 PM, weighing in at 4 pounds 6 oz, 16.5 inches. Chloe was born at 5:23 pm weighing in at 3 pounds 6 oz, 15.94 inches.
Mom and babies are doing well....Now I am offically an Aunt and Greg is an Uncle...

IN other news....
I think the olympic games are wearing me out... I am sleep deprived and have a full week of excitement to go... I must stay hydrated...


In other news..
We're waiting the out come of tropical storm Fay... I don't know about you but all this excitement today ....BUT WOW

I'm Up and running from the Home office!!!!

We have internet up and running. WOOOHOOO!!!

Happy Anniversary Sarah and Laszlo!!!!

Sunday the K-C's got up and headed off to church,

and from there we headed out for brunch with my sister

Sarah and bro-in-Law Laszlo. In the afternoon we did

a little wine tasting,during our shopping adventure.

After shopping we headed back to Sarah and Laszlo's

to watch a movie. We had a light afternoon snack of popcorn

and the Boys had a few rusty nails. Onto a lovely dinner

and some rather tasty french wine. It was fantastic!!!

Then Sarah and Laszlo opened there anniversary present.What did we give them you ask!! Some very lovely

champagne Flutes. Below is a picture of Greg with

Last week in review!!!!
Starting on Wednesday the 19th The K-C's headed to Orlando for a little R&R..
We stayed in a nice resort community, the food was fab... service was outstanding, We will be back! Well the real reason for our jaunt to Orlando was the My Bro-in-Law Roy...well he's not he reason..But Kimmie his fiancee graduated from college..woohoo...you go girl. We are so pround of YOU!!!!

Sat...Then it was off to J-ville..Up at 7:00 am...really folks I think this is the first time i've been up that eairly for a really long time... In J-Ville The ladies went to my sisters bay shower that her Boss Elizabeth threw. It was lovily, food was really great too!!! She can thrown one good party!!!!Fun was had by all!

After the shower the girls hung out while they finished there golf game..it took a little longer than usual with the rain delay. Later that evening we headed back to the hotel and had a little pool party then move into sitting area in the hotel, then took over the TV. We had a pizza party, and watched discovery channel... it was so much fun to hang out with family!!!

Sunday we got up and went to church and then in the afternoon headed back to the west coast.

Monday it was back to work.. same as usual... I've been working on the recipe book, taking pictures and the rest that goes with that.. And I will finally be off next Tuesday... I can't wait!!

Late night musings....

There's nothing worse than being over tired... I've been laying in bed...not falling asleep. I can't stop yawning..still not sleeping! So i got up a decided to humor myself a little more!!! And it is my pleasure to take you along for the ride.

A never ENDING quest!!!!
How is it that 2 people have so much laundry to wash? I just don't get it. I think when we shut our eyes at night, the laundry pile grows. We never actually finish the laundry do we? I know my Mom would suggest "naked day" that way you could finish all the laundry.. thinking about how hot it ireally is at this time of year makes it more appealing...Naahhh..

Dr Wei Sheng pierced the decorative needles in his head, face, hands and chest in the five colours of the Olympic rings.
The picture of Dr Sheng’s was taken in Nanning, Southern China, and demonstrates the patriotic fervour among the Chinese people in the build up to September’s Games.

All is well here in sunny hot florida...It's going to be 93 degrees today... When i went in the pool last night it was almost as warm as bath water...Is summer really here??? I don't know if I'm ready, but I really don't get a choice.

Hello all, I hope I find you all in good spirits! I am. I am off for the weekend and Monday. I spent saturday relaxing and then the evening with with bro-in-law Roy and his sweetie Kimmie. We hung out relaxed watched some boob tube and played Monopoly and had lots of laughs. Sunday Greg and I spent the evening with my folks and had spirits, food, and lots of fun. That's what it's all about....fun and family. Monday we will see the Mr. folks and enjoy some more good company. Holidays are gret now that I can enjoy them, not working every holiday is great. I worked enough holidays for a life time...so every one enjoy the simple things in life...that's what really counts...Happy holiday!!!!

All I can see is numbers..yes today was inventory day... not exciting if you ask me..
i'm glad that's over with for a month...whew...

If you haven't heard already Greg recieved hi congratulations letter confirming that he passed the 2008 Credentialing Exam for Dietary Managers! So now he is eligible to become a Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protecton Professional (CDM,CFPP) way to go Greg!!!!
