This How our morning started out, helping pastry dip some strawberries into chocolate. But really my started out with some turkey sweat potatoes and some fixin's that what they call it here in the south.

Happy Belated Thanksgiving to all. This is right before the buffet opens, now it's sooth sailing. Hopefully everyone had plenty of excitment, because we sure did. Anna Bananna, it's a birthday party!! We help celebrate Anna's 23rd birthday with family and friends. Fun was had by all, and there was food and drink a plenty. Our hosts were Anna's, lovely Parents Remi and Amor!!! We all work together at the club for over the past four years!!!
I bet she didn't see that coming!!!

Hello from the construction zone.... more holes in more walls... good grief Charlie Brown!!!

All in a days work....
Today i went to work early because the plumbers were at it again... but it worked out well because the Ladies and I had our work cut out for us today!!! Yes, I must admit it's pretty cool being the head of the only all female kitchen on property! Chicks rule, cause guys drool !!! It's works out well, it's amazing what can be accomplised in a kitchen without male hormones... I took a few pictures at work today, so you can meet some of the fantastic ladies i work with. There's Remi, she my right hand woman for the last four years. Cresel and rona, there sisters and both started at the beginning of the summer down at the patio kitchen making lunch. When the patio closed i talked Chef into sliding them into my kitchen, and since then they worked out excellent. Those are the ladies you will meet today. heck out below....

This is Rona, one of my new Garde Manger Cooks! She' an awesome gal, and is making beautiful food look so easy to make!!!

Sooo....nice...they (plumbers) left us little notes where we could andcouldn't go in our Apartment!!!! 

There’s Nothing Like Having to leave for work early …..

because they are about use a jackhammer in your living room

THat’s right your read it!!! The apartment needs plumbing work done.. ok.. I can deal with that. Do you have to start at 9 in the morning! Everybody doesn’t work from 9 to five, like in the movies. Some people would say 9 am is late, but see it this way that’s the same as a 9 to fiver to get to work at 6:30… big difference. But what else am I going to do? Hang out with the guy with the jack hammer, I think not. Later in the day I decided to take off early from work. I was tired and feeling a bit under the weather. I really didn’t feel like working. Got home and decided we (greg and I), didn’t want to hang out in the construction zone. We can barely get to the couch. So we headed on over to Karen and Joe’s place, Ordered some Chinese food, watched a little boob tube and relaxed. Then we headed back to the construction zone, and admired the lovely holes, and dusk. This is just too, much fun!!! Hopefully, the excitement slows down before we have too, much fun!!! Well, that’s the news for now..I better get to bed, I have a feeling there’e going to be another early one tomorrow ….

Back from the East Coast...
The weekend sure flew by fast, but a great time was had by all!! it was really nice to spend my Mom's birthday with her and the family. We ate, drank, the boys played golf, the girls went shopping, lots of presents, and fun was had by all. So check out the pictures below and you can catch so of the highlights or relive it.
